The Federal Ministry of Education and the Benishangul-Gumuz Regional Education Bureau organized a training of trainers on School-Based English Mentoring (SBEM) for middle and secondary school English teachers in Assosa. As lead trainer, Sisay delivered practice-oriented sessions on mentoring skills, reflective teaching and peer collaboration, to strengthen school-based professional development and the quality of English teaching.
