Training philosophy
Teachers change what happens in classrooms when training is practical, close to their daily work and respectful of what they already know. My sessions are interactive: participants try out techniques, plan real lessons, reflect on their own teaching and leave with materials they can use the next day.
I have taught English at secondary school and college level and now train teachers, mentors, teacher educators and university instructors. Whether the topic is teaching the four language skills, assessment, lesson planning, mentoring or digital tools, I build each programme around the participants' context and the results the organizer needs.
