Contributed to the preparation of Ethiopia's five-year education sector plan, from the write-up process to the final document, including capacity development sessions with UNESCO-IIEP in Paris.
ESDP VI is Ethiopia's education sector plan for 2020/21 to 2024/25. As a national focal person and member of the ESDP VI task force, Sisay took part in preparing the plan, from the write-up process to the full document.
In February 2020 he took part in UNESCO-IIEP's capacity development sessions for the Ethiopia education sector plan in Paris, France.
